摘　　要：目的:以医疗设备的整体化管理为核心,使全院医疗设备管理信息化,精细化,以发挥每台设备的最大效益。方法:从医疗设备的购置验收开始,由专人负责跟进、安装和检测并做详细记录和存档。科室使用设备时要及时对其进行指导并要求使用科室做使用记录。工程科人员需及时对设备进行维护和保养,确保有问题早发现,早处理。结果:医疗设备的整体化管理不仅降低了设备的故障率,由被动维修变为主动维护,还可以提高医院经济效益。结论:医疗设备的整体化、科学化管理,使医院的医疗设备更安全、高效地为广大患者服务。Objective： With the integrative management of medical equipment as the core, we take the hospital equipment information management, meticulous management, make every equipment play its maximum efficiency. Methods： Special personnel take the responsibility of recording the whole process of acceptance, verification, installation and detection of the medical devices. The staff of the medical engineering department should guide the use of the devices and ask the users to have records. Meanwhile, the breakdowns should be continuously monitored and managed as soon as possible. Results： The overall equipment management could not only reduce the failure rate of the equipment from passiveto active repair maintenance but also improve the economic benefits of hospital. Conclusion： The integrative and scientific management of medical equipment can ensure the safety of patients effectively.
