摘　　要：针对当前舰员级维修存在的问题,将知识管理理念引入到舰员级维修管理工作中,旨在提高舰员自身知识水平和维修能力。在汲取美军知识管理实践经验的基础上,分析了在舰员级维修工作中实施知识管理的需求与优势,提出了舰员级维修知识管理的目标、内容和实施策略规划。Aiming at the existing problems in shipment-level maintantance activities, the conception of knowledge management is imported in this field to improve the knowledge level and maintenance abili- ty of the shipment-crew. On the basis of absorbing the practical experiences of knowledge manage- ment from U. S. army, this paper analyses the importance and superiority of implementing knowledge management in shipment-level maintantance activities, discusses the aims and the content, and propo- ses the feasible strategy of its implementation.
