改良胸骨上举术治疗漏斗胸的远期疗效

摘　　要：目的　总结改良胸骨上举术治疗漏斗胸的远期疗效。方法　对 1985年 10月至 1994年 10月期间 ,收治的 137例漏斗胸病儿进行了远期随访 ,随访资料完整者 12 1例。包括 :胸廓外形、X线胸片、心肺功能检测。结果　除 1例复发外 ,所有病儿的胸廓外形和漏斗指数都恢复正常 ;心功能亦恢复正常 ;但肺功能的恢复比较缓慢。结论　改良胸骨上举术治疗漏斗胸可取得较满意的疗效。Objective To evaluate the long-term results of modified sternal elevation procedure for correcting precuts excavatum (PE). Method From Oct.1985 to Oct.1994, 137 patients with PE underwent modified sternal elevation procedure. All patients were followed up for an average of 8.2 years. The perimeters of costal cage deformity were assessed by index of funnel based on X-ray. The cardiopulmonary function was evaluated by M-mode echocardiography and pulmonary function study before and after operation. Results Normal contours and index of funnel of costal cage for all patients except one person were obtained, and the cardiac function recovered to the normal level, while the pulmonary function recovered very slowly after operation. Conclusion Normal appearance of chest wall could result, and the cardiopulmonary function would be improved by using the modified sternal elevation procedure.
