摘  要:土壤源热泵是利用地下常温土壤温度相对稳定的特性,通过深埋于建筑物周围的地埋管等系统与建筑物内部完成热交换的装置。以内蒙古自治区发展和改革委员会综合办公楼示范项目为基础,研究了土壤源热泵空调系统在北方严寒地区的应用情况。通过连续测试2009、2010年两个供暖季、两个制冷季地源侧的水温以及单台热泵机组的性能,对系统的能耗进行研究。研究表明,对于热负荷远大于冷负荷的空调系统,冬季从土壤中吸收的热在夏季并不能完全补充回来,而且造成了土壤侧温度逐年下降的趋势,使得土壤源热泵系统在运行一段时间后冬季制热效率下降。The ground source heat pump is a kind of device tween a building on the ground and the underground soil, making which helps realize interior heat exchange be- use of a buried pipe system around the build- ing to get heat from the underground soil, characterized by relatively stable temperature. In this paper, studies of the application of ground source heat pump air conditioning system in the north cold area of China are made, with the system constructed for the office building of Development and Reform Commission of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region used as a demonstration project. Water temperature of ground source and the thermal effi- ciency of a single pump are measured consecutively in two heating seasons and two cooling seasons of 2009 and 2010, and the energy consumption of the system is studied. Results show that, in case the heating load of an air conditioning system is much larger than its cooling load, heat absorbed from the soil in winter cannot be full- y compensated in summer. Thus, the soil temperature will surely tend to decline year after year and the heating efficiency in winter of the system will surely be reduced after being used for a number of years.
