摘　　要：目的　进一步研究经皮穿刺颈椎间盘髓核摘除术 (PCD )治疗颈椎间盘突出症 (CDP )疗效的影响因素。方法　回顾分析PCD治疗的CDP患者 12例。观察疗效 ,论证PCD机制。结果　穿刺成功率 10 0 % ,11例优良 ,无并发症。Objective To investigate the factors which affect the therapeutic efficacy of percutaneous cervical diskectomy(PCD) on cervical disc protrusion(CDP).Methods 12 cases with CDP treated by PCD were analyzed and reviewed.The mechanism of PCD were discussed.Results The successful rate was 100%.Good to excellent results were obtained in 11 cases,without significant complications.Conclusion PCD is safety.The stability of human cervical spine is not affected after PCD.
