摘　　要：目的　通过对 6 6例 70岁以上老年人股骨颈骨折临床分析 ,探讨其手术可行性 ,术式选择。方法　回顾分析患者的术前并存症、术前准备、术式选择、麻醉方式、术中情况、术后处理及随诊情况。结果　本组无术中死亡病例 ,平均住院 2 8天 ,平均随访 2 6个月。良好率 6 3 6 %。结论　Objective By a clinical study of 66 cases,the possibility and the choice of operative procedure for femoral neck fracture in patients over 70 years old were shown.Methods The preexistent diseases,preoperative preparation,postoperative care and follow up results were reviewed.Results No patient died during operation.The average stay in hospital was 28 days.The average follow up period was about 26 months.Sixty six patients (63.6%) had excellent recovery,no pain and selfcare of daily life.Conclusion The results suggest that bipolar artificial femoral head replacement for the aged femoral neck fractrue is secure and possible.
