摘　　要：目的 了解有同性性接触男性的与可能传播艾滋病、性病有关的性行为。方法 采用自拟的问卷对35例有同性性接触男性进行调查。结果 所有被访者中口交发生率94.3％,肛交68.6％,吻肛28.6％;他们中71.4％有异性性接触。结论 口交和肛交在他们的性接触中占重要位置,应加强防病意识教育。To find out the sexual behaviors associated with HIV/AIDS/STD transmission in the men who have sex with men (MSM). Methods 35 men who have sex with men were investigated by a questionnaire designed for them. Results The rates of oral sex, anal intercourse as well as anilinction in all the men visited were 94. 3 % , 68.6 % and 28.6%, respectively. Moreover, 71.4% of them experienced heterosexual intercourse. Conclusion Oral and anal coition, which is susceptibility to HIV/AIDS/STD, is the major activities of sexuality among men who have sex with men; therefore, the programs targeting on the health education and interventions to raise the self - protection consciousness of HIV/ AIDS/STD prevention for them should be developed.
