复方玄驹胶囊治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并性功能障碍的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究复方玄驹胶囊对Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并性功能障碍的治疗效果。方法:选择符合美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)诊断标准,伴有性功能障碍的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者90例,随机分组对照研究。对照组40例,抗生素等常规治疗:治疗组50例,除抗生素等常规治疗外,给予复方玄驹胶囊治疗。采用慢性前列腺炎症状指数(CP-SI)评分、前列腺炎相关的性功能障碍评分表(PSFI)评分和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分进行治疗疗效分析比较。结果:Ⅲ型前列腺炎合并性功能障碍与前列腺炎症状程度无相关性。复方玄驹胶囊治疗后治疗组前列腺炎症状及性功能改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑评分值治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方玄驹胶囊可以明显改善Ⅲ型前列腺炎的症状及与之相关的性功能障碍,并且可以改善伴随的焦虑症状。Objective： To investigate the value of Compound Xuanju Capsule in the treatment of type-Ⅲ prostatitis-related sexu- al dysfunction. Methods： We randomly divided 90 type- Ⅲprostatitis patients with sexual dysfunction diagnosed by NIH clinical criteria into an experiment group and a control group to be treated with Compound Xuanju Capsule and antibiotics, respectively. We ana- lyzed the therapeutic results based on the scores on chronic prostatitis symptom index （CPSI）, prostatitis-related sexual function index （PSFI） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）, and compared them between the two groups and with the baseline data. Results： The degree of prostatitis-related sexual dysfunction was not correlated with that of prostatitis symptoms. Prostatitis symptoms and sexual function were significantly improved in the experiment group than in the control （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the SAS score was markedly lower in the former than in the latter （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Compound Xuanju Capsule can not only alleviate the symptoms of type-Ⅲ prostatitis, but also improve its related sexual dysfunction and anxiety.
