摘　　要：通过研制220GUZ31型铁塔专用横担侧边卡具装置,实现220GUZ31型铁塔双分裂导线架设方式双悬垂绝缘子串带电更换。该套卡具装置由220GUZ31型铁塔专用横担侧边卡具和连接调节器及软质绝缘绳钩3个部分组成。文中研究解决方案,制作出整套卡具装置,并在输电线路220GUZ31型铁塔上投入使用,验证该套卡具装置的安全性和实用性。By developing the cross ann side fixture equipment, the replacement of insulated double suspension string has been realized under hot-line work in double bundle conductor erection specially for 220GUZ31 type steel tower. This equipment consists of three parts, which includes the special cross arm side fixture for 220GUZ31 type steel tower, the connection adjuster and the soft insulating cord hook. The present situation was researched and solution methods is studied. Consequently the whole fixture equipment has been produced. After putting this equipment into use on 220GUZ31 type steel tower of electric transmission line, it＇s safety and practicability has been proved.
