摘　　要：热轧优质铬不锈圆钢是某公司的重点品种,通过分析2Cr13圆钢加工洗衣机电机轴套开裂的原因,加强原料烘烤,做好真空化渣,缩短LF炉到连铸的等待时间,严格控制升温速度等,轴套加工废品率降低到3%以内,实物质量明显改进,使得热轧优质铬不锈圆钢成为该公司代表产品。Crack reason of the motor sleeve parts in washing machine made of 2Crl 3 bar was analyzed in this paper. Through strengthening raw material baking, preparing melt slag in vacuum state, reducing the waiting time from LF furnace to continuous casting, controlling the heating rate strictly, rejection rate of processing sleeve could be reduced to less than 3%, and product quality could be improved significantly, so making the hot-rolled high-quality chrome stainless steel rod bar become representative product in Pangang Group Sichuan Changcheng Special Steel Company.
