摘　　要：蒙古族牧民是蒙古文化在漫长的历史长河中产生和发展的奠基人、践行者和主要的守护者。在"发展"和"改革"大语境带来的社会诸方面的变迁现实下,蒙古族牧民对社会资源的拥有量明显缩减,对社会资源的支配和控制力急剧减弱,这种面对现实境遇的无力感让这部分蒙古文化最重要主体对未来的期望度走低。蒙古文化仍然是一种保有巨大能量和活力的文化,对于她的保护不在于指引她的未来,而更需要致力于保证其根基不受太多的侵扰,让文化的主体能够有空间、有机会自行雕琢。Mongolian nomads is the founder, practitioner and the main guardian of emerging and de- velopment with the Mongolian culture in the long history. Under the reality of changes in all aspects of society with the extensive context of ＂development＂ and ＂reform＂, social resources of Mongolian nomads is the obvious reduction, and the domination and control of social resources is sharp decline. When faced with the inability realistic situation, the expectation of the future degrees of The most im- portant subjects in this part of Mongolian culture is decline, Mongolian culture always keep enormous energy and vibrant, for the Mongolian culture protection is not the guide future, But more needs is en- suring the foundation not too intrusive, while the body of the culture can have space and have the chance to carve themselves.
