摘  要:为了研究脊髓灰质炎液体疫苗和糖丸疫苗对热冲击后的稳定性差异 ,对 3 7℃孵箱放置不同天数后的两种疫苗分别测定了效价 ,在 -2 0℃保存下效价为 5 9logTCID5 0 /粒的糖丸疫苗 ,3 7℃放置 1天后其效价明显下降 ,到 5天后降为 0 ;而在 -2 0℃保存下效价为 5 7logTCID5 0 /0 1ml的液体疫苗 ,3 7℃放置 3天后仍能维持在 5 5logTCID5 0 /0 1ml左右。实验证明 :脊髓灰质炎液体疫苗不仅具有与糖丸疫苗同样良好的免疫效果 ,且具有质量可靠、热稳定性好等的综合优势 ,更适合我国使用。In order to study the thermostability between liquid form polio vaccine and polio vaccine dragee-candy, the titers of the vaccines placed at 37℃ for different times were tested. The titer of polio vaccine dragee-candy which was 5.9log TCID 50 per pill at -20℃ decreased obviously after placed at 37℃ for one day, and decreased to 0 after 5 days in 37℃. The titer of liquid form polio vaccine,its titer was 5.7log TCID 50 /0.1ml at -20℃, decreased to 5.5log TCID 50 /0.1ml after placed at 37℃ for 3 days. The tests showed that liquid form polio vaccine had not only the same immune effect as that of polio vaccine dragee-candy, but had superiority in good quality and thermostability. The liquid form polio vaccine is more suitable in China.
