摘　　要：目的 :笔者对 1 940例冰冻切片诊断准确率进行回顾性评价。方法 :术中冰冻切片选用不同的冷冻温度和时间。结果 :恶性肿瘤 490例 ,占 2 5 2 5 % ,良性病变1 3 3 6例 ,占 68 86% ,假阳性 1 2例 ,占 0 61 % ,未确诊 3 5例 ,占 1 80 %。结论 :我们所做冰冻切片准确率为 98 62 % ,与国内资料比较基本相近。Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of immediate frozen section diagnosis of 1940 cases.Methods:the intraoperative sections were frozen by different temperature and different time.Results:Malignant neoplasm were 490 cases(25.25%).Benign neoplasm were 1336 cases(68.86%).Pseudo positive results were 12 cases(0.61%).Under diagnoses were 35 cases(1.80%).Conclusion:The accuracy of frozen section in our hospital is 98.62% with a similar result to the references in our country. [
