摘　　要：目的 :了解呼和浩特市老年人血脂水平 ;方法 :采用中华医学会推荐的测定方法对当地 1 5 0 0多名健康老年人进行血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL—C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL—C)的测定 ;结果 :当地健康老年人总体血脂水平除HDL—C外均高出正常合适范围 ,血脂异常检出率达 9%以上 ;结论 :当地健康老年人中相当一部分人存在血脂异常 ,应培养健康的生活方式 ,加强老年人血脂紊乱的防治。Objective:To find out the levels of serum lipids in elderly people in hohhot;Methods:More than 1500 elderly people aged 61 years and over were tested with total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C);Results:The total level of serum HDL-C was within the reference range of normal but TC、TG and LDL-C were higher than that.The rate of abnormal was over 9.0%;Conclusion:Among healthy elderly people in the local place,quite a large number of them have this abnormal of serum lipids.It is suggested that appropriate caloric diet and healthy life style should be strictly followed and we should enhance provention and treatment abnormal of lipids in elderly people.
