摘　　要：目的观察临床应用阿奇霉素出现不良反应的特点、规律和临床表现,提示临床注意监测其不良反应,并制定防治措施。方法对2009—2011年该院临床医师、药师及护士所上报的34例乳酸阿奇霉素ADR资料进行回顾性分析和评价。结果乳酸阿奇霉素注射剂的主要不良反应是过敏反应和胃肠道反应,此外还可引起神经系统、循环系统、呼吸系统损害等较少见的不良反应,严重的不良反应较少。在出现不良反应后均应及时给予停药,并给予对症治疗,未遗留后遗症。ADR报告人职务依次是:医师(85.5%),药师(10.5%),护士(4.0%)。结论加强ADR检测及相关知识宣传是提高医务人员合理用药的关键,也是医院质量管理重要的组成部分。临床上合理使用该药能减少其不良反应的发生。Objective To observe the characteristics of adverse reactions of azithromycin, so as to monitor the adverse reaction, and to formulate prevention and control. Methods Date of 34 adverse drug reaction cases from 2009 to 2011 induced by intravenous infusion of azithromycin were retrospectively analyzed. Results Major adverse reactions of azithromycin injection were allergic reaction and gastrointestinal reaction and in seldom cases it induced serious ADR, such as allergic shock and damage of circulatory system. In response, the solution was to stop drug administration and to give symptomatic treatment. Positions of reporters （ADR） were：physician （85.5%）, pharmacists （10.5%）,nurses （4.0%） . Conclusion To strengthen the inspection and related knowledge propaganda （ADR） is the key to improving rational use,which is the key to hospital quality control. Reasonable use of azithromycin can reduce its adverse events.
