摘  要:某型导弹在静态电阻测试时,出现多例伺服机构热电池点火头电阻超差故障。伺服机构单独测试,满足组件指标,因此存在导弹总体测试指标与组件测试指标不协调的问题,迟滞了导弹的生产交付周期。为解决此问题,系统分析了导弹总体测试指标和组件的测试指标,找出了两个指标间的平衡点。通过控制伺服机构热电池点火头电阻,使其既能满足单个组件的测试指标要求,又能达到导弹总体测试指标要求,提高了导弹静态电阻测试合格率。There are a number of malfunctions that the thermo battery igniting resistance of servo mechanism exceeded the required range during the measurement of a missile's static resistance. When it came to the servo mechanism itself, the parameters suffice the requirement. So there should be a difference between missile testing index and subassembly testing index which delays the delivery period. This paper analysis the missile testing index and subassembly testing index, and find out the equilibrium of the two indexes. It can satisfy both the single subassembly testing requirement and the missile testing requirement by controlling the igniting resistance, which highly improves the eligibility rate of missile static resistance testing.
