摘  要:基于μwave Wizard软件仿真腔体交指滤波器的方法,设计了一个中心频率为5.52 GHz,带宽为1.4 GHz的交指滤波器,并采用矩形杆抽头线结构实现。制作的滤波器插损小于1.5 dB,驻波比小于1.7,带外抑制大于40 dB(f0±1 GHz),具有优良的带通特性。给出滤波器的实测曲线和仿真曲线,两者的一致性较好。This paper introduces the simulation of cavity interdigital filter with uwave Wizard software An interdigital filter with 5.52 GHz center frequency and 1.4 GHz bandwidth is designed based on this method, and it is implemented by the structure of rectangular tapped-line. The filter features good band pass performance with the insertion loss below 1.5 dB, the VSWR below 1.7, and the out band rejection above 40 dB(at f0 ± 1 GHz). The testing curve and simulation curve of the filter show good consistency. This design is suitable to the microwave engineering for its high success rate and short design period.
