摘　　要：《全国医疗服务价格项目规范(2012年版)》的出台具有双重意义:一方面,为合理调整医疗服务价格,理顺价格体系提供了技术标准和支撑;另一方面,也为我国医疗保险支付方式改革提供了基础。The introduction of the national fee schedule （2012 edition） has a double meaning： on the one hand, to provide the technical standards and support for adjusting the price of medical services reasonably and rationalizing the price system; the other hand, to provide a basis for the payment of medical insurance reform.
