福建工艺美术产业发展存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：福建省是我国工艺美术四大重点产区之一,在海峡西岸经济区建设的热潮中,工艺美术作为文化产业的重要组成部分,具有不可替代的重要作用。目前,福建工艺美术产业存在盲目工业化、市场无序竞争、人才培养机制不良、缺乏创新、产业配套不足等问题。应充分发挥政府作用,从产业发展模式、人才培养机制、品牌建设、渠道建设等方面入手,促进福建工艺美术产业发展。Fu Jian province is one of the four key regions of industrial arts in our country.As the most important part of culture industry,industrial arts takes an irreplaceable role in the construction boom of west-strait economic zone.At present,the industrial arts in Fu Jian exits the problems like blind industrialization,unordered market competition,undesirable personnel training system,lacking of innovation,insufficient products and so on.Therefore,it is very necessary to give full play to the function of government and promote the development of Fujian industrial arts from industrial development pattern,mechanism of talents training,brand construction and channel construction.
