摘  要:腰英台油田开展二氧化碳驱油提高采收率先导试验,需要采取有效的二氧化碳腐蚀防护措施。加注缓蚀剂是解决二氧化碳腐蚀的有效方法之一。室内采用挂片失重法,并模拟试验区的工况条件,对20种缓蚀剂样品进行了缓蚀试验评价,筛选出HS-20高效缓蚀剂样品;同时应用EDS能谱分析方法初步揭示了其腐蚀产物特征。试验结果表明,当HS-20缓蚀剂质量浓度为50 mg/L,温度90℃,其缓蚀率可达95%以上。In order to carry out the pilot test about EOR by CO2 flooding in Yaoyingtai oilfield, it is necessary to take effective mea- sures to prevent CO2 corrosion. Filling inhibitor is one of the effective measures to curb COs corrosion. By adopting indoor coupon weight loss method and simulating the working conditions of the test area, this paper made inhibition performance evaluation of 20 kinds of inhibitor samples and screened out highly effective inhibitor sample as HS-20. Meanwhile, the application of EDS energy spectrum analysis method initially revealed its corrosion product characteristics. The results showed that the inhibition rate of HS-20 inhibitor could reach 95% or more at 90℃ when its mass concentration reached 50 mg / L.
