摘 要:针对玛北1井二叠系长裸眼井壁失稳问题,筛选了强抑制乳液钻井液体系,通过系列乳液处理剂和稳定剂的选择,使得乳液粒级从纳米级至微米呈广谱分布,增强了钻井液体系的封堵性和乳液稳定性。室内评价和现场应用结果表明,强抑制乳液钻井液体系具有很好的抑制、润滑、封堵等性能,玛北1井二开井段起下钻顺利,钻头工作正常,表明强抑制乳液钻井液体系具有良好的井壁稳定能力,应用效果显著。Against the problem of shaft instability in Permian long borehole of well MBI, strong inhibitive emulsion drilling fluid system was screened out. The selection of series of emulsion finishing agent and stabilizing agent enabled the broad spectrum distri- butinn of emulsion grain size from nanometer to micrometer, and enhanced the plugging performance of drilling fluid system and emulsion stability. Both indoor evaluation and field application indicated that strong inhibitive emulsion drilling fluid system showed good pertbrmance in inhibition, lubrication, blockage and so on. The obvious application effects of the system, like the smooth running in hole in the second interval of well MBI and normal working state of drill hit, proved its good performance in sta- bilizing shaft.
