摘　　要：党外代表人士是推进中国特色社会主义事业的重要力量,党外代表人士教育培训是统一战线的一项基础性、战略性工作。社会主义学院作为党和国家干部教育培训体系的重要组成部分,要切实发挥党外代表人士教育培训主阵地的作用,走"高层次、有特色、正规化"的办学道路。本文分析了当前地方社会主义学院正规化建设存在的问题,就如何加强地方社会主义学院正规化建设提出对策建议。Non-party personages are an important force in advancing the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,so non-party personages＇ education and training is a basic and strategic work in united front work.As an important part of the party and the state cadre＇s education and training system,socialism colleges must effectively play the role of the main front of education and training for non-party personages＇,and take the training road with high-level,characteristics and regularization.This paper analyzes the problems of local socialism colleges＇ regularization,and provides some proposals and measures for them.
