研究生涉外志愿服务问题及对策——以天津外国语大学为例

摘　　要：分析了研究生涉外志愿服务中存在的一系列问题,如选拔方式的局限性、志愿者培训不够专业和系统、缺乏统一规范的管理、缺乏法制的保障等。针对这些问题,提出了相应的对策与建议。This paper touches upon the various problems involving the graduate students＇voluntary services con-cerning foreign affairs, such as the limitations of volunteer selction and the lacking of systematic and profes- sional training and managemetn as well as that of legal protection and then it provides corresponding solutions.
