摘  要:目的 观察 γ-刀不同剂量照射正常大鼠一侧尾壳核后 3个月 ,远离靶区的延髓中尾段内 Fos的表达和变化及与剂量的关系。 方法 分别用 10 Gy至 10 0 Gy10个级别剂量照射大鼠一侧尾壳核 ,3个月后 ,用 ABC法对延髓中尾段切片进行抗 Fos蛋白的免疫组织化学反应。 结果 在延髓内脏带、三叉神经尾侧亚核、三叉神经间质核、延髓背侧网状核和下橄榄核等处出现多少不等的 Fos阳性胞核 ,随着剂量的增加 Fos阳性胞核的数量增加 ,范围扩大。在高剂量组的延髓腹外侧区出现 3种 Fos阳性细胞 :胞核阳性、胞浆阴性 ;胞浆阳性、胞核阴性 ;胞核胞浆均为阳性。 结论  γ-刀照射前脑一个局部 ,在远离靶区的延髓中尾段出现 Fos阳性反应 ,并与剂量成正相关。Objective\ To observe alterations in Fos protein expression in middle\|caudal segment of the normal rat medulla oblongata after the unilateral caudate putamen nucleus was irradiated with different dosage of gamma knife.Methods\ The caudate putamen nucleus was irradiated with various dosage from 10Gy to 100Gy of gamma knife.The rats were sacrificed 3 months after irradiation and fixed and cut with cryostat.The sections of the medulla oblongata were reacted with anti\|Fos protein immunohistochemical ABC method.Results\ At low dosage,Fos positive nucleus was observed in medullary visceral zone,caudal subnucleus of trigeminal nerve,intertrigeminal nucleus of trigeminal nerve,dorsal medullary reticular nucleus and inferior olive nucleus.With the dosage increasing,both the number and distribution scope of positive nucleus was increased.In the high dosage group,three types of Fos positive expression appeared in ventrolateral medulla oblongata nucleus.The three types were:only the nucleus was stained;only cytoplasm was stained;both nucleus and cytoplasm were stained.Conclusion\ Though a local nucleus in the forebrain was exposed to gamma knife,the distant area of middle\|caudal segment of the medulla oblongata showed Fos positive reaction and the reaction was positively related with dosage.
