摘　　要：论文运用CAE软件模拟热流道多型腔瓶坯的填充过程、流动温度、变形比例、表层取向、确定气泡、熔接痕的位置，从而确定塑件的成型性能和产品的质量，结果帮助预知模具结构可能存在的问题，从而设计并优化模具结构，节约产品生产成本，并提高生产率；模具结构对同类形状塑件具有一定的参考价值。The paper analyzes bottle embryonic model by optimize gate location in use of CAE software, and simulating flow, warp and Temperature at flow front result, inquire the location of air traps and weld lines. It is sure that the performance and quality of products, predicting the problems come from the mold structure. It optimizes mold structure by saving production costs and increasing productivity. CAE simulation provides an important reference for mold design.
