摘　　要：本文以2008年北京奥运会女排进入四强的四个队共十二场比赛为研究对象，运用录像分析等方法，对比赛效果统计分析。得知女队有跳发大力球的趋势，但主要是以正面上手发球为主，根据对主要发球技术效果分析，可以看出跳发大力球攻击性极强，但也存在失误率较高的现象；正面上手发失误率动作规范之队是效果明显突出，不规范之队飘晃程度较差，甚至不飘，说明存在一定的技术问题。The research target of this thesis is the 12 mtaches of the top 4 of the women＇s volleyball matches at the Beijing Olympics. Through the analysis of the videos, and the match effect analysis, we know that there is a tendency to serve the strong--force ball by jumping, but mainly with the frontal overhead service. Through the analysis of the technical effect, we can find that the frontal overhead service is very attactive, however, with a high error rate; the teams grasping the skills of frontal overhead floaters have a better effect than the ones not grasping the skills, even floating. This shows that there is still some techni- cal problems.
