连续油管不压井作业注汽单流阀的设计

摘　　要：单流阀是修井起下管柱作业时防喷、防溢流的井下配合工具。目前油田上入井用的单流阀,受工作环境和施工流程等影响,多采用球阀。球阀的主要特点是本身结构紧凑,密封可靠,结构简单,密封面与球面常在闭合状态,不易被介质冲蚀,适用于井下工作条件恶劣的介质。参考油田上用的单流阀,针对油田不压井作业连续油管注汽工艺流程,设计能满足现有不连续油管不压井作业的生产条件的单流阀。The one -way throttle valve as a necessary tool is commonly used for preventing blowout and overflow when a trip of string is carned out in the work - over operation.At present,the globe valve enjoys a wide popularization in field production with regard to the operating conditions and flow path.The one - way throttle valve is characteristic of a tight structure,a reliable sealing and a simple structure,with the sealing surface and globe surface often shut - in to prevent the washout from the media,making it available for the difficult conditions involved in harsh media.An advanced one - way throttle valve was then developed to satisfy the demands of the snubbing operation on the basis of combing the current valve and the process flow of the operation.
