几种泥炭藓属植物乙醇脱氢酶同工酶分析

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对泥炭藓属植物5个种10个居群的乙醇脱氢酶同工酶进行分析,结果表明乙醇脱氢酶同工酶带共5条,ADH-5酶带明显,染色较深,说明酶活性较强,可以判断为共有特征带。泥炭藓有酶带1条,卵叶泥炭藓有酶带4条,加萨泥炭藓有酶带5条,多纹泥炭藓有酶带1条,尖叶泥炭藓有酶带3条,通过spss系统聚类表明泥炭藓属植物5个种中,泥炭藓和多纹泥炭藓与其余3个种存在明显的遗传差异。泥炭藓属植物种内遗传差异不明显。The alcohol dehydregenase isozymes of ten populations belonging to five species of Sphagnum were studied by means of pelyacrylam- ide gel eletrophoresis（PAGE）. The results showed that there were five different hands of alcohol dehydregenase isozyme. Among them, ADH -5 were common and characteristic bands. Sphagnum palutre L. and Sphagnum multifibrosum Li at Zang. had one bands, Sphagnum ovatum Hamp had four bands, Sphagnum khasiaum Mitt. had five bands, Sphagnum nemoreum Scop. had three bands. Spss systems clustering showed that obvious genetic difference exsiting in Sphagnum palustre L. , Sphagnum multifibrosum Li at Zang. from other three species among five spe- cies of Sphagnum.
