摘  要:介绍一种新研制的煤矿井下自动风门远程控制系统。采用电话网络载波传输控制信号 ,控制井下风门的开关动作。采用电话线通信 ,不需敷设专门的通信电缆。风门控制器采用单片机开发 ,能对远程指令进行分析和判断 ,具备较强的抗干扰能力和充分的安全可靠性。该系统在枣庄矿业区柴里煤矿得到了成功应用。The paper introduced a new developed long distance control system for ventilation door in underground mine. The system can control the open/close operation of the ventilation door with the telephone network to transfer the control signals. With the existing telephone line for the communication, no special communication cable should be placed and great of money and material can be saved. The ventilation controller is developed with a processor. The controller can analyze and judge the long distance instructions with a high anti interference capacity and a full safe reliability. The system is consisted of a surface computer, a ventilation door controller, a electric motor driven door and a telephone network. The paper introduced the design and development of the software and hardware for the above each part and the system application in Chaili Mine of Zaozhuang Mining Group Corp.
