摘　　要：我国的煤炭设备在矿山生产中起到重要作用,我国目前煤矿机电设备管理管理理念落后,管理方法不当,投入不够。煤炭设备管理不当,不仅影响生产,而且带来安全隐患。煤炭企业领导应该重视煤矿设备的重要性,重视机电人才作用,改善机电设备管理方法。China＇s coal equipment plays an important role in mine production in China coal mine electrical and mechanical equip- ment management philosophy behind improper management, insufficient investment. Coal equipment is not properly managed, not only affect production, but also a security risk. The coal business leaders should pay attention to the importance of coal min- ing equipment, attention to mechanical and electrical personnel and to improve the management methods of mechanical and elec- trical equipment.
