底侧卸式矿车卸载曲轨的设计与研究

摘　　要：分析了底侧卸式矿车卸载轮的运动轨迹 ,针对其运动轨迹设计出了三种较为合理的卸载曲轨空间曲线 ,在理论分析的基础上确定了柱面匀角速度修正曲线更适合于底侧卸式矿车的卸载工况。Through the study on moving locus of the discharge wheel for side bottom dump cars, three reasonable space curves for the discharge track have been worked out. On the basis of theoretical analysis, it is determined that the modified cylindrical curve with even angular velocity is more suitable to the discharge mode of side bottom dump cars.
