摘　　要：结合西霞院工程实例,浅述了软土地基地质条件下倒垂观测孔的造孔、测斜、计算以及安装埋设的方法,指出软土地基倒垂观测孔的施工技术难点及应注意的问题。Taking the Xixiayuan Project as example, the authors discuss the construction of reversed observation hole in soft soil foundation in respects of boring, gradient measurement, calculation, installation and embedment, based on which the construction problems and issues in need of attention are put forward.
