钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋表面防腐及防锈技术浅析

摘　　要：针对钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋锈蚀现象对结构耐久性造成的影响,分析了拱肋锈蚀产生的原因及各桥拱肋对防锈的不同要求,介绍了现阶段国内外钢管拱桥拱肋防护的新方法和新工艺,分析了各种防护工艺的优缺点;以某沿海区域钢管拱桥拱肋防腐体系病害情况为例,根据具体情况提出了有针对性的处治方法,为钢管拱桥拱肋防腐及防锈施工提供依据。Aiming at the influence caused by rusting of arch rib of concrete - filled steel tube arch bridge on structure durability, reasons of causing rusting of arch rib and different requirements of arch rib of each bridge on rust protection are analyzed, new methods and process on arch rib protection of steel tube arch bridge at home and abroad at current stage are introduced, and merits and demerits of all kinds of protection processes are analyzed. Taking the disease of corrosion prevention system of arch rib of steel tube arch bridge in a coastal area as an exam- ple, special treatment methods are proposed according to specific conditions, providing basis for corrosion preven- tion and rust protection construction of arch rib of steel tube arch bridge.
