生物反馈治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎168例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生物反馈疗法治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法 168例慢性前列腺炎患者接受生物反馈治疗5～20d,20min/次,以慢性前列腺炎评分(NIH-CPSI)及最大尿流率为评价指标,比较其治疗前后临床症状的改善效果。结果患者治疗前后疼痛症状评分(PS)分别为(16.8±1.7)分和(7.2±1.9)分,排尿症状评分(USS)分别为(7.4±1.4)分和(3.2±1.2)分,生活质量评分(QLS)分别为(8.2±1.5)分和(4.1±1.4)分,最大尿流率(MFR)分别为(16.6±3.7)%和(21.8±4.0)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尿动力学复查22例,膀胱尿意感觉恢复正常者16例,占72.7%(16/22),逼尿肌括约肌协同失调校正者18例,占81.8%(18/22)。结论生物反馈治疗能够明显改善Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of biofeedback therapy in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.Methods A total of 168 patients diagnosed as chronic prostatitis received biofeedback therapy for 5～20 days,one time per day,20 minutes per time.The NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index score and uroflowmetry index,such as PS,USS,QLS,MFR,were compared before and after treatment.Results The PS,USS,QLS,MFR before and after treatment were（16.8±1.7） and（7.2±1.9）,（7.4±1.4） and（3.2±1.2）,（8.2±1.5） and（4.1±1.4）,（16.6±3.7）% and（21.8±4.0）%,respectively,showing statistically significant difference before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.Twenty-two patients were reviewed for urine dynamics,16 of which were found with recovered urinary bladder sensation,accounting for 72.7%,18 of which regained detrusor muscle coordination,accounting for 81.8%.Conclusion Biofeedback therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of type Ⅲ prostatitis and the quality of life.
