延安发展农业循环经济模式存在的问题及对策研究

摘　　要：农业循环经济是一种以生态规律为基础,以资源高效循环利用和生态环境保护为核心,以减量化、再利用、再循环和再思考为原则,实现资源低消耗、废弃物低排放、经济效益高的农业发展模式,并且符合可持续发展理念的经济增长方式,是我国发展农村经济的必然和现实的选择。通过分析延安发展农业循环经济存在的主要问题,提出了相应的解决对策和建议,从而推动延安农业产业结构升级,促进延安农业产业化和现代化进程,实现延安经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的同步发展,最终推动延安农村经济的全面发展。Agricultural recycling economy is an agricultural development model based on ecological laws with efficient resources recycling and environmental protection as the core, reduction, reuse, recycling and re-thinking as the principle, to realize low resource consumption, low waste emission and high economic efficiency. This paper analyzes the problems in developing the agricultural recycling economy in Yaffan and proposes the corresponding solution and suggestions to promote the agriculture structure＇s upgrading and agricultural industrialization and modernization, thus achieving simultaneous developments of economy, ecology and society.
