摘　　要：新生代农民工在社会新环境中就业现状并不乐观。本文分析了当今社会环境下新生代农民工的就业现状及其心理特点并针对性地提出改善措施,从而有效地指导新生代农民工就业,维持社会的稳定发展。The new generation of migrant workers is faced with a series of difficulties such as imperfect employment service system, low comprehensive quality, high pressure, sense of inequality, which lead to their negative psychology. Governments should take measures to improve their working condition by offering employment psychological counseling and career planning education, improving the humane management system of enterprise and so on.
