摘 要:以黑壳楠(Lindera megaphglla)幼苗为材料,模拟30、35、40℃高温处理后,观察黑壳楠幼苗及叶片的生长情况,并测定叶片中可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量等4个生理指标。结果表明,黑壳楠幼苗在30℃和35℃高温胁迫下形态变化不大,但40℃胁迫后植株叶片基本死亡;可溶性糖含量在30℃和35℃胁迫下变化不明显,在40℃胁迫下随时间延长而增加;Pro含量30℃和35℃胁迫下变化不显著,40℃下开始明显增加,可达到对照的15.34倍;高温胁迫下黑壳楠幼苗叶中POD活性表现出较明显的增长,但随着胁迫时间的延长表现出先增后降的趋势;高温胁迫下MDA含量与对照相比均有不同程度的增加,其中40℃胁迫下增加十分明显,并随胁迫时间延长而增加。The growth status of Lindera megaphglla was observed,and leaf soluble sugar,free proline and MDA concents and peroxidase(POD) activity under high tempearture(30,35 and 40℃) stress conditions were analyzed.The results showed that L.megaphglla seedlings exhibited the same leaf morphology under 30 and 35℃conditions.However,the leaves of L.megaphglla generally died under the conditions of 40℃.A non-significant change was observed on proline concent of the seedlings exposed to 30 and 35℃,but a significant increase was occurred in the seedlings stressed by 40℃.Leaf POD activity of L.megaphglla obviously increased and then decreased with the increase of the stressed time.The leaf MDA concent of the stressed and non-stressed seedlings was increased to a certain extent with the increase of the stressed time under high temperature conditions, especially at 40℃.
