摘  要:选用12个玉米(Zeamays L.)品种(组合),分别进行盆栽土培苗期耐盐性鉴定和沿海滩涂耐盐性全生育期鉴定。盆栽鉴定每盆装土5kg,3叶后进行逆境处理(浇4次500ml 150mmol/L的NaC1);滩涂土壤含盐量为(3.8±0.5)‰,选择总生物量、苗长、叶片数、叶面积、盐害级别等5个苗期指标以及株高、籽粒产量等2个全生育期鉴定指标。通过盆栽苗期与滩涂全生育期鉴定结果的比较分析,研究盆栽苗期鉴定玉米耐盐性的可行性。结果表明,苏玉947、郑单958和TP1101等3个品种(组合)耐盐性强,而登海9号、苏玉19等2个品种对盐逆境很敏感。盐逆境对玉米苗总生物量、苗长、叶片数、叶面积均有极显著的降低效应,苗长可作为盆栽苗期鉴定的可靠指标。相关分析表明总生物量、苗长、叶片数与株高、籽粒产量间的相关系数均达显著水平,其余二个指标叶面积、盐害级别与滩涂鉴定指标间达到或接近显著水平。盆栽苗期鉴定与滩涂种植鉴定玉米耐盐性的一致性较好,可通过盆栽土培方法进行大规模的玉米种质或品种耐盐性鉴定。Comparative analysis of salt tolerance identified at seedling stage by pot culturing and at whole growth and development stage by tidal flat planting was carried out in order to investigate the feasibility of large scale identification by pot culturing at seedling stage of maize(Zea mays L.). Twelve commercial cultivars and newly developed combinations were used to identify salt tolerance by pot soil culturing at seedling stage and tidal flat planting at whole growth and development stage, respectively.For pot culturing evaluation each cultivar/combination was grown in pots filled with 5kg sub-soil and treated with or without 150mmol/L NaCl added just after the three-leaf stage.For tidal flat evaluation,soil salinity is(3.8±0.5)‰.Five indicators including total biomass,shoot length,leaf number,leaf area and salt injury scale for pot culturing evaluation,and two indicators, plant height and seed yield for tidal flat evaluation were selected.The primary results indicated that Suyu 947,Zhengdan 958 and TP 1101 were strongly tolerant to salt stress,and Denghai 9 and Suyu 19 were sensitive to salt stress.Salinity significantly reduced shoot length,leaf number, leaf area,plant height and seed yield,shoot length can be used as reliable indicators for pot culturing evaluation at seedling stage.Correlation analysis indicated that total biomass,shoot length and leaf number were significantly correlated with plant height and seed yield,and leaf area and salt injury scale correlated with plant height and seed yield at or close to significant level.Pot culturing identification results were in good coherence with tidal flat evaluation results,pot soil culturing method can be used for large scale identification of salt tolerance at seedling stage in maize.
