摘 要:目的探讨应用超声MicroPure成像技术检出乳腺病灶中微钙灶的应用价值。方法对51例乳腺病灶分别行常规超声与MicroPuie成像技术检查,评价MicroPure成像技术检出乳腺病灶内微钙灶的能力及鉴别乳腺病灶良恶性的意义。结果 51例乳腺病灶中,MicroPure成像技术显示乳腺微钙灶(255个)明显高于常规超声(11个),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺良性病灶组和恶性病灶组中微钙灶的个数没有明显差异,10 mm^2范围内微钙灶个数恶性病灶组多于良性病灶组(P<0.05)。结论 MicroPture成像技术显示乳腺病灶中微钙灶的能力明显高于常规超声,但乳腺病灶内微钙灶的总数多少与良恶性之间没有明显相关性,而10 mm^2内微钙灶个数恶性病灶组多于良性病灶组。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of MicroPure system with ultrasonograpby in diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods Fifty-one patients with breast lesions were given MicroPure system detection and convention- al ultrasound imaging technology respectively, to research the detectability of MicroPure system on breast micro-calci- fications and the value of determination benign and malignant lesions in breast. Results The total of breast micro-cal- cifications revealed by MicroPure system with ultrasonography (255) was higher than that of conventional ultrasound imaging technology(11) in 51 patients with breast lesions. It had statistical significance(P〈0.05). The number of mi- cro-calcifications of benign and malignant lesions in breast has no differences. The number of micro-calcifications of malignant lesions is higher than benign lesions in 10 square ram. Conclusions MicroPure system has a better visibility for micro-calcifications than conventional ultrasound imaging technology,but number of micro-calcifications has no ob- vious correlation between benign and malignant lesions in breast, however it is malignant lesions if it has four micro- calcifications in 1 cluster.
