摘 要:目的定量分析正常人颈髓不同节段弥敞张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)的参数值及其相关性。方法使用单次激发自旋回波平面回波(single-shot spin echo echo-planar image,SS-SE—EPI)序列、12个扩散敏感梯度磁场方向、b值为0s/mm^2和500s/mm^2,对20例健康志愿者行颈髓DTI检查,测量颈髓各节段各向异性分数(fractional anisotropy,FA)值与表观扩散系数(apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)值,同时感兴趣区(ROD分别选择16mm^2和26mm^2。结果纤维示踪图显示颈髓纤维束连续,粗细均匀;颈髓各节段FA值之间存在差异,C2/3椎间盘及C3椎体平面颈髓FA较余节段高(P〈0.05);而各节段颈髓ADC值之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。ROI面积取值不同,所测得的颈髓DTI参数值差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。颈髓FA值与ADC值之间呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论正常人颈髓不同节段FA值存住差异.ADC值无明显差异;ROI面积不同,所测得参数值无明显差异;颈髓FA值与ADC值呈负相关。To analyze the parameters and correlation of MR diffusion thensor imaging(DTI) of normal cervical spinal cord. Methods DTI examinations were performed in 20 healthy subjects by using single-shot spin echo echo planar image (SS-SE-EPI) sequence,twelve diffusion sensitive gradient magnetic field directions, and two b values ( 0,500 s/mm^2) on the vervical spinal cord. The parameters of fractional anisotropy( FA) and apparent diffusion eoefficient(ADC) values of the cervical spinal cord were measured at ROI of 16 mm^2 and 26 mme. Results The cervical spinal cords were clearly demonstracted on the postprocessing ima ges,and there were no obvious artifacts on the diffusion tensor images. The values of FA between different segments of the cervical cord had significant difference( P〈0.05 ). The FA values at level of C2/3 intervertebral disc and C3 vertebral body were significantly higher than that at other segments (P〈0.05), however ADC value had no significant difference between different segments of the cervical cord (P〈0.05). DTI parameters had no significant difference between two ROI areas. There were negative correlation be tween FA values and ADC values( P〈0.05). Conclusion FA values are of significant differences and AI)C values are no of signifi-cant differences between different segments of the cervical cord. DTI parameters have no significant differences between two sizes of ROI. There is negative correlation between the values FA and ADC.
