摘  要:Processing soybean protein has become an emerging business in China with exports of the product accounting forhalf of the traded world volume. Liu Denggao, Vice President of China's Soybean Association said that momentum behind the fast development of China's soybean industry in the past 10 years was the need for healthy and nutritious food. "Featuring non-GMO(Genetically Modified Organisms) and high protein level, Chinese soybean protein products are expected to gain popularity in the international market and attract more overseas investment,but we need to strive on innovation," he added.
