摘　　要：文章针对农业科研院所科技成果转化的特点及产业化过程中出现的主要问题,结合现代农业试验示范基地的产业优势、地理优势,以及依托农业科研院所的人才技术优势,提出了成果模块化的转化理念,并围绕实地培训、合作机制和组织化管理等方面,探讨了科技成果转化和产业化的新途径,以期提高农业科研院所成果的转化率。Aimed at the characters and the main problems in transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements, the idea of achievement modularization was put forward considering of the industrial strength, the advantages of geography and the predominance based on personnel and science and technology of research institution in the modem agriculture trial and demonstrate bases. The new transformation approach of agricultural technology achievements was discussed focused on training on the spot, cooperation mechanism and systematic management level, etc. This will boost the transformation ratio of achievements in agricultural research institutes.
