摘 要:水膜发生器是超稠油水膜面减阻技术中使管道内形成环状水膜的流体机械设备,其内部流场需要长期保持稳定,以形成稳定的水膜。在设计水膜发生器时,使高压水流射入后通过一个厚度为1mm的穿孔板再形成水膜,穿孔板部分区域不开孔,其余部位均匀开孔,以控制水流动能和速度,进而控制水膜厚度。高效渗透筛管的选择决定水膜面的稳定性,其关键在于确定穿孔板的开孔率和开孔直径。运用ANSYS软件对水膜发生器的强度进行分析,以确定其应力集中部位并进行加强处理,使用材料为X52的管线钢制作水膜发生器可以满足实际运行条件的要求。运用Fluent软件对水膜发生器内部流场进行模拟,以确定水膜发生器的合理长度和开孔直径,优化运行参数。As a mechanical fluid equipment, water film generator developed based on water film surface drag reduction technology for super heavy oil is used to form an annular water film on the inner surface of pipe, and the internal flow field of the annular water film should be kept stable, so as to form a stable water film. The paper observes that the designed water film generators should form a high-pressure jet flow into a water film after passing through 1 mm orifice, and the part of it is hole free, but it is in the rest part, so as to control the dynamic energy and speed of water flow, further to control the thickness of the water film. The selection of efficient seepage liner will depend on the stability of the water film surface, and in which, it is vital to confirm the holing ratio and holing diameter of the orifice. ANASYS software is adopted to analyze the intensity of water film generators in order to determine its stress concentration locations and strengthen them accordingly. The authors believe that the generators made with X52 pipe steel can meet the needs of running condition. Simulation with Fluent software is carried out on the internal flow field of water film generator to determine the appropriate length and holing diameter of water film generators and optimize its running parameters.
