摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征是一种引起母猪繁殖障碍及新生仔猪呼吸道症状和高死亡率的传染病,其病原猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒是RNA病毒,各国相继发生流行性感染,给养猪业造成严重的经济损失。本文旨对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒基因组结构及疫苗研究进展予以综述,为进一步研究提供材料。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome （PRRS） is a kind of infectious disease which can cause reproduc- tive difficulty of sows and respiratory tract symptom and high mortality of piglets, the virus of infected porcine belongs to RNA virus. Epidemic infection was occurred consequently in a lot of countries and caused heavy economic loss for swine industry. This article aimed to overview progress of PRRS viral genome and vaccine and in order to provide materials for further study.
