论体育强国的核心价值观

摘　　要：体育强国是国家体育正外部性对于国内和国际溢出性的体现,是国家体育发展质与量的统一.在界定体育强国概念的基础上,通过与体育大国的比较,提出了体育强国的核心价值观;通过我国与体育强国——美国体育基本国情的比较,提出了中国体育强国战略的11项指标,以期为中国体育强国战略目标的制定提供依据.Chinese powerful sports nation embody the domestic and international spillover of a national sports positive externalities, and reflect on the integration of the nation sports development. Based on the explanation of the definition between the powerful sports nation and the great sports nation, this paper put forward of the core values of it. However, this paper has clarified the specific indicators of Chinese powerful sports nation strategies through the comparison to American , so as to provide objectives for relevant authority.
