摘 要:以引自CIMMYT的108份热带种质资源为试验材料,在粗缩病重发区鉴定其粗缩病抗性,筛选出3份粗缩病高抗和19份抗病种质。以热带种质齐319为粗缩病抗性基因供体,改良自交系苏951,在117个BC3F2∶3中筛选了2个抗病类型的家系,并讨论了热带种质改良温带自交系的育种策略。In this paper,108 tropical maize germplasm resources from CIMMYT were used as the tested materials,and their resistances to rough dwarf disease were identified in the serious prevalence area of this disease.It was found that 3 materials were highly resistant and 19 materials were resistant to rough dwarf disease.The tropical maize germplasm Qi 319 was taken as the donor of rough dwarf disease-resistant gene,and it was used to improve maize inbred line Su 951.Finally,two materials with resistance to rough dwarf disease were screened out from 117 BC3F2∶3.The breeding strategy of using tropical maize germplasms to improve maize inbred line in temperate zone was also discussed.
