马杜霉素铵与地克珠利可溶性粉剂对鸡球虫病的疗效比较试验

摘　　要：将18日龄雏鸡口服接种柔嫩艾美球虫卵囊5万个/羽,接种后即开始给药马杜霉素铵与地克珠利,连续7 d,结果表明:马杜霉素铵与地克珠利的抗球虫指数分别为176.60、165.59分,属中效抗球虫药;马杜霉素铵组增重差异显著,两者的抗球虫效果均较好,且马杜霉素铵对雏鸡具有良好的促生长作用。In this test,18-day-old chickens were inoculated orally with 50000 oocysts of Eimeria tenella per chicken,and then they were supplied with Maduramicin Ammonium or Diclazuril soluble powder for 7 days.The results indicated that the anti-coccidial index of Maduramicin Ammonium and Diclazuril was 176.60 and 165.59 scores respectively,therefore they were classed as middle efficient anti-coccidial drugs,and both had good anti-coccidial efficacy.The application of Maduramicin Ammonium could significantly increase the weight gain of chicken,and had a good promotive effect on the growth of chicken
