摘　　要：采用血清平板凝集试验方法对江西省部分地区不同类型、不同品种的鸡群进行了鸡白痢的血清流行病学调查。结果表明:在614份鸡血清样品中检出阳性194份,阳性率为32%;不同品种及类型的鸡感染率差异较大,最高达45%,最低为14%。鸡白痢杆菌病在江西部分地区鸡群中感染较普遍,阳性率很高,且流行呈现多样化。The serum epidemiology of pullorum bacillus disease was investigated for different types and different varieties of chicken groups in some regions of Jiangxi province by the serum plate agglutination test.The results indicated that 194 serum samples showed positive reaction among 614 chicken serum samples,and the positive rate reached 32%;the infected rate of different types and different varieties of chicken groups had great difference,varying from 14% to 45%.The above results showed the chickens in some regions of Jiangxi province were widely infected with pullorum bacillus disease,their positive rate was very high,and the popularity of this disease was diversified.
