摘　　要：通过对村民理事会在鄱阳湖生态经济区建设中创新农民自治管理的组织、制度及作用的研究,对村民理事会的建设提出了几点建议。This paper studied the organization, regulation and function of villager council in the innovative autonomic management of farmers and in the construction of the Poyang Lake ecological economic zone, and put forward some suggestions on the construction of villager council.
