摘　　要：电弧喷焊技术可以消除金属喷涂层中的孔隙、氧化物、夹渣等缺陷,显著增强表面层与基体金属的结合强度。因此,在工程实践中可以选用不同的金属材料,应用电弧喷焊技术制备特殊表面层,以满足不同的需求。文中利用电弧喷焊技术制备了旋压轮表面工作层。Gap, oxides and slag in metallic spraying coatings can be eliminated by arc spraying and welding for increasing the bonded strength between surface layers and the substrates. Special surface layers can be prepared by the arc spraying and welding to meet the practical requirements. Here the arc spraying and welding technique are applied to prepare the surface layers for spinning wheels.
